You can complete 11 and 12 any way and at any time you want to.
All is they want according to eligibility is you should be 10+2.
So your are eligible.
Make sure you score above 75% in your boards if your aim is iit.

well its not an really matter of when you have completed you +2 they litrally wont consider you year of study they will choose by your rank

Thank you ÑÍthesh for your answer.. As per eligibility criteria on the website of JEE MAIN, they haven't mentioned any rules regarding those who have a gap between 10 and 12.. I am worried. Please reply.. My future is on stake..
