Dear Rupesh, for applying for NEET you should have completed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology as your core subjects. If you arr still studying 10+2 and will complete 10+2 by the time of admission, you should have your 12th standard certificate. It is 50% for General Category, 45% and 40% for SC/ST/OBC and PWD respectively. Say if you qualify in NEET and you belong to Maharashtra and want to study in Maharashtra, you are eligible for State Quota of 85% and if you want to study in rest of India, you can appear for 15% All India Quota.
