According to recent reports there is no reservations for NCC students in medical college both in AIQ and state. In UP earlier there were some advantages for NCC aspirant but now it is not cleared. At your score there are less chances for you to get a government seat for either MBBS or BDS in Uttar Pradesh as the previous year cutoff were high. But you can get seat in private medical colleges and deemed universities both in UP and other states. Some private medical colleges in UP are:
- Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical sciences, Bareilly
- School of medical sciences and research, Greater Noida
- Hind institute of medical sciences, Barabanki
- Muzaffarnagar medical college, Muzaffarnagar
In other states you can consider:
- Kasturba Medical College, Manipal
- KMC, Mangalore
- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth, Coimbatore
- ILBS, Delhi
