I regret to inform you that with this score its difficult to get any government college seat. And as for the rank, its your AIR which plays a major factor rather than category rank.

Your current options available are to either opt for private medical colleges in you state or in non domicile states or there is the option for deemed universities.

However a fact to keep in mind is that the deemed universities which you shall be getting its fee structure would be very high.
