Hi Aspirant,
This depends on what perspectives you look at and aim for.
I would not say that there's any difference in the 'value' of the course,but obviously if you're getting admitted into a tier A college,it'll be better.So,I would like to suggest you that do not go by the location,rather go by the college and the discipline you want to get into.
