my score in jee mains 2020 is " 154 " what will be my percentile on 8 jan 2020 shift 2 ?

It would have been better if you mentioned your category details. But for now, considering you as a general category candidate without any physical disabilities, your expected percentile will be around 99.1-99.3 and your rank will be somewhere between 6297- 7947.
For NITs, 95+ percentile is required to get Admissions. There are around 31 NITs accepting JEE scores.
Some of the top NITs where you can apply are as follows:

NIT Bhopal.
NIT Calicut.
NIT Delhi
NIT Tiruchirapalli.

You can expect admission in any of the NIT stated above.
