I appeared in gate 2019 and getting around 64 marks CSE, gate score around 749 and I m an OBC candidate. So in which iits i can apply for ?

According to the previous year cut off trends for IITs, you have a decent chance to get admission in IITs. There are IITs like IIT Guwahati is sure for you.
