As it's your boards this year your main focus should be on it other than that if you want to appear for NEET just after your 12th I do suggest you start with your preparation, for it I would suggest you to join any reputed coaching institute for it like Aakash institute in your city, you can also go for only coachings and crash courses or study packages.
