i applied for 2nd round of counselling and got the college but i was unable to take the college.Is thr any way i can get 2 lakhs refunded.

Hey Rahul,
This is really very bad with you.
You can talk with the executive of the college to refund your money or you can take help from MHRD may be they will refund your money.
You have low chance to get back but you should try and you can go to court.
