I applied for exam in OBC-NCL but my father has annual income more than 6 Lakhs. I scored 88.6 %ile and eligible for advanced only if OBC-NCL Category(70 %ile cutoff) is considered. Will I be still considered in OBC-NCL and eligible for advanced or considered into Gen Category(90 %ile Cutoff)?
Hello Aspirant,
See if you have valid OBC-NCL certificate then only you would be considered under OBC-NCL category otherwise you will be treated as general category or of that category for which you have certificate. So now if you have OBC-NCL certificate you can sit in JEE-Advance and you are qualified for JEE-Advance on the basis of your percentile and category. You can check out complete details on qualifying cut-offs from the link given below :-

You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your college based upon your category and rank :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
