I applied for Fiitjee FTRE for class 12 and my score is 143.75 out of 234 in paper 1 and 141.5 out of 234 in paper 2 total = 285.25 / 468 which is = 60.95% How much scholarship % should I expect?

Congratulations! for such a nice course.
Now FIITJEE have its own policy regarding scholarships. So they will set the percentage of scholarship based on the population density of 60-70% marks. So saying it is a bit difficult. You can assume there is a chance of getting 25-50% scholarship with this depending on the factors mentioned.
