I applied for NEET but I have failed in 3 subjects can I write the NEET exam ?

Sorry but you are not eligible. In order to be eligible you need to pass all your board subjects and have an average aggregate of 50% General and 40% SC,ST,OBC at least in PCB to be eligible.
