Most government universities have a cool down period of about 1-2 months when it comes to admissions within which they are willing to let the candidate withdraw their admission sometimes with some fee deductions and sometimes no deductions at all. You will have to contact the admission department of your concerned university for their procedure at the earliest and go over your issue with them.
