Basic details such as the name, date of birth and gender should be added by the candidate as given in their government ID proof.
National Testing Agency has started the NEET Correction Window for candidates to rectify the incorrect details filled in the application form.
Correction Window started from 14 January 2019 and the last date to modify the incorrect details is 31 January 2019.
So, you can amke changes in the application form.
