With 93.22 Percentile, you will definitely qualify JEE Main and appear for JEE Adv.
For pursuing B.Arch in IITs, you need to clear JEE Advanced followed by appearing in the AAT Exam (Architecture Aptitude Test). Passing AAT is more so as a Formality, as ultimately your JEE Adv Rank will be considered for Counselling.
