I be got 343 marks in neet 2019. And I m citizen of Rajasthan. if there is any chance I can get admission in govt college in any other state

With this much marks, you cannot get any college with All India Quota. You may go for Home State Quota to get a college in Rajasthan. You can always use https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor to get a list of all possible colleges you may get admission.
