i belong belong to karnataka and i have scored 285 in neet 2018 (obc) so will i get a govt seat or i should try for payment

According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under State quota and also chances are less for management quota seats. but cutoff vary every year so you can try for admission to private colleges.
