Based on your category rank , it is very difficult for you to get any NIT or IIIT . And also ,to sit in JoSAA counselling firstly you have to qualify your category based cut-off for JEE Mains. Only then you will be able to sit in JoSAA counselling. But it seems that you have very less chances to get a college through JoSAA.
You can also try state counsellings in states like Haryana, Punjab, MP, Odisha etc. You will get some good Govt. college based on your category. You can also use our JEE Mains college predictor tool to predict colleges based on your current score in JEE Mains. Below is the link for that.
