I belong to gen ews category but my certificate is not ready yet , is it necessary during form fill up of jee adv and if what is last date of to make it and please also tell me that the application required to make it,is it same which West Bengal government has announced???

You don't need an EWS certificate at the time of applying..it is required at verification process at the time of your admission...and also some states have made their own criterias for issuing EWS certificate..if your state has also modify the criterias then your certificate will be different from the one prescribed by the central govt..however as far as I know both the certificates will be valid enough..
