With 100 marks, your rank would be somewhere near 100k aur more or less near than that. With that rank, you can get seat at a good government college for pursuing B.Tech.
If you are a Delhi resident, I would suggest you to ho for IGDTUW if you are desirous of getting a seat in CSE or IT.
