According to past year trends for NEET, it is very difficult for a general student to get a seat in M.B.B.S. A candidate should aim for 600+ marks to get a MBBS seat in medical government college and 700+ if you wish to get a good government college. As per your case, with 450 marks it will be difficult for you to get a MBBS seat in the college you desire.
