Hello Lipaxi !!

Yes you can get direct admission in BSc without giving any medical entrance examination.

But please do mention the name for the college and the course you are interested in , as the eligiblity criteria is different for different colleges. Some consider exams mmedical entrancearks , some have there own exams and others do direct admission.
