I belong to J&K,I opted OBC-NCL in Jee now I am eligible to fill jee adv but in our state there is no OBC NCL but I belong to RBA what to do

Hello Gazi, In this case you need to upload your RBA certificate as RBA group of J&K is same as obc in India and it falls under obc. Also you should contact them through email or phone number and seek help regarding this.
