Though you have not mentioned your category but nevertheless.The cut off for UR in Government Medical College, Ratlam was 495.So if you belong to general category you have fair chances of getting the admission in govt. medical college through state qouta.And if belong to other category then too definetly grab a seat.

This is 2018 data. This year cut offs have gone way higher. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. With 500 marks a seat in a Govrnment Medical College is difficult.
