i belong to obc category but was put under general for neet during doc verification beacause my certificate was expired , so is it possible for me to change the caste category during the second round of document verification if i have renewed my obc certificate by then ? even if am already verified?

It's too late to change your caste category. As results are released, dates of counselling are scheduled youe can not change your category, and it's risky that if you could not produce valid certificate your admission can be cancelled.
