I belong to sc category and i got 236 marks in neet ug 2018 can i get a pvt college and belong to bihar domicile..??

Yes you will get. The scholarship or fees will depend on your state rank.

That will depend on the college as there is no clear guidelines to what the fees may be. You might get under state quota in Pvt clg of Bihar but still you need to pay say minimum 20 lakh full course
