i forgot to upload ncl certificate so i didnt in category list. Can upload ncl certificate during the time of mopup round in keam 2021

Hello Akshay, It is not possible at this particular time that your SC certificate will have any effect on your rank or your grades, but you can always give it a try by sending your caste certificate to management so that they cna see if they can do anything or help you in any way.
