According to me,You can definitely get a MBBS or BDS seat in a decent private medical College Of Jharkhand. But you can not get get admission in any colleges of Telengana. Because Telengana and Jammu and Kashmir accept only the students of home State.
But don't worry. You can opt for the private Medical Colleges of Jharkhand, India.
