Hey dear, cutoff varies year to year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college. So, with 320 marks it is very tough to get a govt. Mbbs seat whichever category you belong to. Although, you can go for bams and bhms course. You can also use college predictor through this link:
