I belong to st category and I am getting around 96 marks in jee mains attempt . Can i get a seat in cs course in any good NITs?

Getting admission depends on your rank.And rank is quite unpredictable. You can use the rank predictor on this site to obtain some insight. In my opinion a score of 99 can get you a general rank of 90k which is not sufficient to get a decent branch in a top nit like rourkela or trichy. But you may get lower branches in some new nits like silchar or puducherry.
by this score it hard to get the CS branch as the competation quite high
