I belong to Telangana OBC student. I secured 335marks will I am eligible to apply for pondicherry state quota and get medical seat?

If you belong to telangana , then you are eligibile for telangana state quota ,
And you can try for AIQ of pondicherry,
But your marks seems low to secure a seat under convenor quota ,

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
The state quota is only available to students having domicile of that state and not for outsiders. So you can't apply for medical seats in Poducherry. However, if you have high enough marks you can go for All India quota seats in Poducherry.
