I belong to UR. I studied in Karnataka entirely (UKG to 12th std). In KAR private seats, can I belong to GMP category? or OPEN ?

Since you have done your 10th and 12th from the same state, you are eligible for state quota seats as per the rules.
And anyone can be a potential candidate for private seats, hence you can also register for the comed colleges as well.
