I belongs to sc category, my jee mains rank is 18501, can i get nit/govt or any good private college

You have less chances to get NITs or government colleges based on your rank you can try in private colleges.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
