Private medical colleges charge anywhere between 4-5 per annum to 12-13 lakhs per annum.
You should consider contesting for the semi-government quota seats that are present in many private medical colleges of various.
Jot down a list of colleges that offer you such seats and check their eligibility criteria and apply accordingly.

I've understood your condition , but sorry to say with 400 marks you can't get any government college for Mbbs but dont lose hope , chances are there that you can get a good government/semi government Dental college . And here's a note for private college even , with such marks you can get admission in every private college though their fee structure will be a heavy one . So choose wisely , good luck !!

Please mention the state in which you want to take admission into!
Approximately, all the states have good pvt colleges with affordable fees! eg. SoA in Odisha, KPC in WB etc.
