See ur marks is too low for u to grab seat in the govt colleges to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses as the cut off is approx 500 for the Gen category. U should be going for private Institution with the management quota to have u a seat in the lower branches. I m providing u a link for ur help.
