I can score 500 marks in neet obc category in Haryana ,can I get gov. medical seat in Rajasthan or any other state through all India quota

Chances are less for admission to Government Medical colleges under 15% AIQ. For Rajasthan state, cutoff is generally high for top government colleges. One should score more than 590 marks to get a seat in Government medical colleges in Rajasthan. However, cutoff vary every year so you can try for admission.
