Hu,

As per NEET rules and regulations, there is no rules regarding which color of clothes to be worn. You can wear any color of your choice.

You are not allowed to wear full sleeve shirts/Kurta etc. You are not allowed to carry any accessories. Go for clothes which are light and simple.
