I can't take admission in nits, iiits, gftis by jee main april 2020 in b.tech cse. I have not given jee main jan 2020.

yes you can definitely take admission in NITs , IITs , GTTIs by appearing for the jee main examination which was first supposed to be held in the month of april but has been postponed further due to this pandemic going on every where , it is now scheduled to be held in the month of september form 1 to 6 date 2020 .
