i have got 93 percent in PCM OF CBSE 12TH AND 93 PERCENTILE IN JEE MAIN JAN 2020 CAN I TAKE ADMISSION IN NIT FOR CS

It is difficult  to get CS branch in NITs but you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:

You can also try for state level counselling for engineering admission.

hello! i am from NIT trichy,

see the percentile marks are highly relative. 93 percentile means that your rank will be above 70k, with which it is difficult to get any of the NITs in any of the branches from general quota.

however, there are chances if you are from SC/ST category or general quota.

you can still try applying in other colleges under the JOSAA councelling.
