If anyone failed in 12 board in 2018 but cleared jeemains can he go for open board and can he apply open board marksheet in jeemains in 2018

Hello,
Yes definitely you will be eligible to apply for JEE MAINS in 2020 as that will be your 3rd attempt but you can not appear for JEE ADVANCED according to the eligibility criteria.
