i come under VJA category so for applying jee mains what should i select OBC NCL due to not mentioned VJA there?

You should select the General Category during the JEE Mains application process if your community is not listed under the central list of OBCs on the National Commission for Backward Classes website. Since you can't choose "VJA" and reservation benefits are only for those listed on the central list, applying under the general category is the correct procedure.
