I completed diploma in civil and completed my Praveen uttarardh in hindi.... What can I study after that?

I don't know about Praveen uttarardh but I can suggest you to take government diploma based exams. You can even take admission for engineering at a good university and gain degree. But if you are interested in site work then trust me you should immediately find a job on site as only experience counts on site not the degree. It you are into office or research work then study further.
