If you are interested for B.tech programme then after completing ITI course you need to go for Diploma courses which are offered by state level polytechnic colleges. After Diploma you are eligible to apply for JEE Main but you can not take admission on JEE Main score, After qualify JEE Main you need to apply JEE Advance as Diploma holders can apply only in IITs B.tech first year.
