I completed my btech degree in 5yrs but it was of 4 yrs... Am i eligible for admission in mba?

Yes you are eligible.
If a candidate have cleared his/her B Tech/B E course he/she is eligible for various MBA Exams like CAT, MAT, XAT etc.

Yes you will be definitely eligible for pursuing your MBA degree. As you don't have any more back logs and have completed your graduation degree so you can prepare for various MBA exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, SNAP, NMAT etc. and then after scoring a good percentile you can apply in various MBA colleges.
Your this 1 year delay in completing your graduation degree will not at all become obstacle during your admission for MBA. Only thing is you can be questioned about your this failure during the second round of any b-school process i.e. during interview and you can easily tackle those questions with some valid reasons. Anyhow if you are again able to perform very well in WAT and interview then again it won't matter much.
So in short start preparing for MBA as you are completely eligible. Make sure one more thing that you have more than 50% in graduation because that is the eligibility criteria for most of the b-schools and MBA exams.

Sir i am passout with 70% btech 2017 but just becoz of 1 back of first year i will have to wait for 1 year.. n they failed me just by 1 mark... A.K.T.U university. I am stressed, dont know what to do...i scored 83% in cmat this year.
Oh that's so bad. Wasn't there any provision to give re-exam in your back subject again during 2nd 3rd or 4th year. Generally this type of rule is there in every engineering college.
Anyway don't be upset now as you have a good marks in your graduation which will help you in long run for getting admission in b-schools.
Also use this year as an opportunity, as you only need to clear one subject so there won't be any pressure on you and you will have lots of free time.
So, prepare very hard for the toughest MBA exam - CAT, score a very high percentile (atleast 98+) and then end up in some of the premier b-school like IIM.
If you will be able to do this then there will be no grievances and you will excel in your career far above then all your batchmates.
So, instead of being upset see this as a golden chance and make full use of it. Believe me you will definitely score much more then what you would have scored while studying in final year and you will end up in a better college.

Yes you will be eligible if you hvae the btech certificate
