I completed my intermediate now is there any chance to apply any government college for any course

You can't go for online counselings but you can try for spot admissions in private colleges.

If seats are left you will be charged a little bit higher then original fees and get alloted a seat.
Or else, you should wait for a year.

Till now all the classes have already started and within 2 to 3 months exams are going to be announced.

So,it's bit difficult to find a college for admission.
