Chnaces are less to vet any NITs or IIITs for CSE via Josaa Counselling. You can only get Assam University which is good GFTI under Josaa Counselling.
Incase you get CSE at Thappar Patiala its already good choice as average package is above 4.5Lpa and has excellent placement.
Both are good choices and can be considered depending on your preference.
