I did a full time paid internship after my graduation for 7 months, with stipend of 20k /month. can I count it as work exp for Cat?

Only a full time job is counted as work experience . As you will be getting a certificate of internship , it wouldn't be counted as work-ex. but yes , you will surely get some advantage in your profile.

Internship cannpt be counted as work experience.
Fulktim ejob only can b etaken into accounts as when documents get verified it can caus e problems.
You can however include internship experience and boast all ifs learning in Application forms and resunes.
It will have good advantage in interviews for sure.
