i did class 12from pcm and after that took bio as additional sub ject nowneet application forms are out before my exam of bio and result will take time to come but i will get pass i know that can i fill application form with pcm so my year will not be wasted

Yes, you can fill out the NEET application form now. Make sure to properly complete the form, indicating that you are appearing for or have completed the biology exam as an additional subject from a recognised board (like NIOS or your state board)
But you must pass Biology before counseling and admission rounds, as PCB (with English) is mandatory for eligibility.
