i did get 177/300 on JAN 7 1ST shift. wht are my probabilities to get NIT?

177 marks in Jee Main paper 1 means you can expect a percentile in the range of 99.34 to 99.54 which means your expected rank would be around 4100 to 5700. But this is your expected rank as the actual rank depends on various deciding factors such as your category, number of students appeared in the exam, highest score obtained etc. Considering you as a general category student with this rank, you can surely get into NITs but getting CSE in top NITs might be difficult as the CSE seats of those NITs lie around 3000 rank.
