Yes, you may still be eligible for Maharashtra State Quota, even though you completed Classes 9–10 in Karnataka, if you satisfy the domicile/eligibility conditions specified in the Maharashtra counselling brochure.

Your situation is:

Nursery–8th: Maharashtra
9th–10th: Karnataka
You have a Maharashtra domicile certificate
Your father also has a Maharashtra domicile certificate
You have permanent residence in Maharashtra
